Terroir
The Vineyard of Collioure and Banyuls is located in the extreme south of France at the meeting point between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean, under the midday sun. The vines are planted there in terraces on schist slopes, from the seaside to the bottom of the valleys of the hinterland.

Grenache Noir: 100%
Vinification / Aging
Destemmed and crushed harvest.
Mutage on grains followed by a maceration of 20 days.
Conservation in vats filled with water until early bottling.
Tasting
Colour: Deep black with cherry red fringe.
Nose: Intense and greedy from the opening, the blackcurrant jelly expresses itself fully accompanied by notes of raspberry and blackberry.
Mouth: Unctuous and structured on the purity of the fruit, freshness and delicacy are there.
How to enjoy it
Service: To be enjoyed between 14° and 16°C.
Pairings: Naturally in harmony with a red fruit soup and all strawberry-based variations. Let yourself be surprised by its combination with duck breast, blue cheese or chocolate soufflé.
