Liqueur Elixir Coiron Jaune Aelred 0.70L

The Elixir du Coiron Jaune Ælred is an Ardèche liqueur made from an elixir of life produced in 1249 by Bénédictus de Nuraie. This recipe comes from the Deleuze Distillery in Villeneuve de Berg which the monks bought in 1930.

It is made up of about fifty plants, flowers, barks and spices infused and macerated, then distilled in our still by our Master Distiller. It is then sweetened with honey before being placed in barrels in our aging cellar. It is 43% alcohol.
