TASTING NOTES

To develop this XO Exception many long years of aging were (are) indispensable. This Exception XO is robed in amber colours. A Complex nose reveals notes of dried fruit, candied fruit and aged wood. The taste is intense and reveals finely melted wood tannins, with notes of cinnamon and tobacco.

NOSE/ OLFACTORY

Sweet pears accompany wild flowers and warm spices. Over time, the aromas evolve towards notes of candied fruit and spices.
