TASTING NOTES

Nose: a balanced nose of deep vanilla notes and earthy coffee notes, with bright hints of fresh orchard fruits developing underneath.

Taste: powerful black cherry and gingerbread flavours give way to cinnamon and clove. Flashes orange peel combine with a subtle tobacco note and the return of the coffee notes

Finish: long with a lingering warmth, with enjoyable bittersweet elements of citrus which highlights an undercurrent of charred oak.
